Edge of Tomorrow (2014)

This is a tom cruise movie about robots and time.  I saw this movie expecting it to be very lame because oh look another tom cruise movie, but then I watched it and I was actually kinda impressed.  This movie presents a cool amount of reality but then sci fi magic that sorta maybe could be true and thats what I liked.  It was interesting but at the end of the day it was still a tom cruise movie about a rom (minus then COM) ((romance)) and so thats kinda boring even tho it was the only thing moving the plot along at some point.  gotta say, this one had some really cool time dynamics though.  Still can't wrap my brain around it.  (Because its sci fi and it doesnt work).  It was very interesting to think about which is one of my favorite things about sci fi movies, even if they aren't the most sensical.  I'd recommend watching this one if you want to watch war scenes over and over again and re-experience death like we all want to.  This movie if you think about it is kind of like reverse memento. cool cinematography too, really nice monster thingys.
