Boy in the Stripped Pajamas (Book-->Film)

I have not read the book that this movie is based off of. I first heard about this movie through a trailer and was excited to watch it. The trailer made the movie look super interesting and yet sad drawing my attention to the film wanting to watch it. Since I have not read the book I cannot compare it to the film. However, from experience I have come to realize that there are most definitely big differences between the two. The over all story is the same but the small details in the book seem to normally be changed. Such as a character may have a different look than they do in the book. What this does is change how the audience may view certain things about the story; because sometimes those small details turn out to be a big part of the story. I really enjoyed this movie although it made me feel a lot of emotions mainly sad emotions. It also gave me a different way to look at the holocaust and the horror it was. I like how real the movie seems meaning it was not hard to realize that some of the aspects about the movie really did happen making it even more emotional for me, the audience. Rate 8/10.
