The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly is one of, if not the most iconic western movies of all time. With the classic introductory audio clips and a younger Clint Eastwood, the movie comes across as very memorable on the surface. A lot of the movie is built on tension. There are several moments where two characters that have a beef with each other will just stare at each other for a really long time, and the first occurrence of this is very early in the film, about 5 minutes in. As for camera shots, there are a lot of close ups, pans, and establishing shots, as well as some fancy camerawork like making one character appear small as he enters through a long, straight and narrow corridor. Personally, i thought the movie was more memorable for its iconic moments than as the whole movie, especially considering its nearly 3 hour runtime. I would describe this movie like the runway scene from Fast and Furious 6, it's really long, not bad at all, but nor memorable for the right reasons.
