Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

For my western I decided to watch Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I though that if I had to watch a western it might as well be an older western. I've never had much interest in watching a western but I liked this one more than I thought I would. I actually found the plot very interesting. The cinematography throughout this movie was excellent. I really enjoyed the main characters and thought they were characterized well. Although the movie had a fairly typical western plot I liked it. I enjoyed how they did the last scene freezing on them running out of the shelter against the onslaught of the Bolivian police shooting at them, it tells you that yes they'll die but you don't actually see it happening. Throughout the movie there is a man v man theme as it is Butch and Sundance against the people chasing them. Id give this movie a 6.5 out of 10.
